The Ecuador DX Club, with the purpose of encouraging tourism to and amateur radio operations from the Galapagos Islands offers the GALAPAGOS ISLANDS DX DIPLOMA.
GENERAL RULES:
In order to receive the GALAPAGOS ISLANDS DX DIPLOMA, it is necessary to contact or receive any number of contacts with or SWL reports of any HC8/HD8 Galapagos Islands Amateur Radio station operations.
APPLICATION:
The diplomas are free of charge to amateur radio operators and short wave listeners. A list of contacts should be emailed to: awards@ecuadordxclub.org, the list should include your call sign, your name as you want it printed on the diploma, your email address, the call signs of the stations worked/heard, dates, UTC, bands, modes and RS(T) reports sent and received. It is NOT necessary to have or to email copies of the QSL card.
The diplomas will sent to you via email in a JPG format.
