Rules to obtain "SONDA 2017" diploma
In order to obtain a diploma on the occasion of starting to broadcast a cult popular science programme called „SONDA” , you need to collect 40 points from contacts with special event stations in dates since September 1st 2017 till September 30th 2017
Those Operators who have 3rd category permission and stations from EU can get the diploma after having collected min 30 points for contacts with special event stations. From DX station we require 15 points
SP SWLs can get the diploma based on regulations for the 1st category operators, EU and DX SWLs have requirements respectively like Operators.
Contacts with special event station can be repeated on another emission or using other KF/UKF band. Each of such contact will be counted only once for each band or each emission without being able to copy it the next day ( e.g. 5 x QSO ssb in band 80m = once ) . Contactiong by digital emissions will be counted like rtty x1 , bpsk/psk31/psk63/psk125 x 1 – changing of the speed of transfer does not mean the change of the kind of emission.
Points will be given for contacts made during the diploma activity or while possible other competitions organised during that time
The list of of operators eligible to apply for the above diploma will be published on http://sp5kvw.com in October 2017.
Call signs of event stations giving 2 points to the diploma are:
1. HF40S
2. HF40O
3. HF40N
4. HF40D
5. HF40A
Call signs giving 4 points to the diploma are:
1. SP40SONDA
2. SN40SONDA
3.SO40SONDA
For making contact with all the stations with one-digit suffixes – an achievement of making a SONDA word out of the letters of the suffixes will be awarded a diploma. In a case
of the lack of contact with one-letter station, you can once show a contact with another station of the organiser, with multiletter suffix / jocker /.
Diplomas will be delivered as a PDF files. Applicationf for the diplomas will be accepted till October 27th 2017 only digital logs in cabrillo format providing the mark, first and last name and email box onto sonda.award@gmail.com .
