1. Purpose: Commemorating the 230th anniversary of the birth of General Józef Bem.
2. Organizer: OT PZK No. 28 in Tarnów and Club Station SP9PTA and the Dobrzyce Land Shortwave Association Club Station SP3PDO under the occasional signs SP230BEM and SN230BEM.
3. Date of the diploma action: from 20/07/2024 to 31/07/2024.
4. Participants: individual broadcasters, club stations and listeners.
5. Band and emissions: The stations will operate on the HF bands with SSB emissions.
6. Scoring: Occasional stations give 20 points each. Contact with two special event stations of the organizer must be made compulsorily, QSOs can be repeated every day with the organizer's stations and special event signs also on a different band.
In total, you must obtain 230 points (you can get more).
A European Stations 100 points.
B DX stations 1 QSO it is enough to establish contact with the special occasion station.
It is required to send the log (cbr, txt, adi) by e-mail to: sp3tyj@wp.pl.
7. The Organizer's cooperating stations award 10 points each

8. Only electronic or paper logs for SWL stations are valid. The log must be an attachment to a letter with ONLY the participant's call sign and the extension .cbr, txt or .log. (e.g. SP3POB station log - sp3pob.cbr, SP3TYJ station log -sp3tyj.log, etc.).
9. After the diploma event, if someone does not obtain the required points, it will be possible to obtain a DIPLOMA by the end of 2024. A diploma will be issued on the occasion of the 230th birthday of General Józef Bem, communications will be confirmed with a commemorative QSL card. QSL cards will be in paper and electronic PDF form.
The correspondent can report to the organizer by e-mail which form of QSL card he or she prefers. Operators not served by the QSL office can receive a DIRECT card by sending their card with a self-addressed, stamped return envelope to the following address: OT PZK No. 28 in Tarnów:
