To alert all ham radio operators that 14.300.00MHz is the frequency that is used by the Maritime Mobile Net, PacSea General Traffic Net, and the Pacific Seafarers Net. The frequency is in use starting at 1200 UTC Eastern time to 0300 UTC Pacific time. Essentially it is all day, 7 days a week, so please refrain from calling CQ on this frequency even if you do not here anyone for the frequency IS use. Everyone needs to remember that PacSea owns this slice of the spectrum, and people who are not actively participating in the nets (or are not conducting General PacSea Business) are warned that they are to avoid using 14.300 for any reason.

So which is it? 1200 UTC or 1200 Eastern Time? 0300 UTC or 0300 Pacific Time? In either case, that doesn't cover 24 hours a day, does it? Also, "...are warned that they are to avoid using 14.300 for any reason." Which regulatory body are you representing that you are issuing warnings on behalf? Pretty sure if someone has the requisite license in the country they reside in, and the frequency isn't in use, they are allowed to use that frequency.

Of course its impossible to own any freq on amateur radio bands.
Even recommended DX windows is just recommended and no more.
Of course most of amateurs will be always kind and will QSY when some one will ask them to do, because NET or Emergency or even if frequency is already occupied or DX going to appear or sked on that freq.

And people need to respect that, and stay off of that frequency if they know what's good for them. The MMN is a crucial lifesaving net that has probably saved thousands of lives, and it is forbidden to interfere with their operations.

Good point in KD7DLE post with my opinion is more people will know there is Net going on and will not create interference.
More information will be provided about NET will be better and NET will be known better and better and NET will not only avoide noise but also will get more supporters for sure.
