Dear folks ARRL DXCC, CQWW AND ALL DX MEDIA Several of us who is licensed under 3d2 callsigns are getting worry. Current ongoing 3d2y operation is NOT VALID for any radio competition according to TAF (Telecommunications Authority of Fiji) rules and their statement (Do not mix with previous activity last month 3d2v which is VALID for DXCC ) Here is the document which will be send directly to ARRL DXCC, CQ WW and all DX media. You can share on your profile as well. Subject: Reporting Serious Rules Violations I am writing to report significant violations of regulations regarding the 3D2Y operation. According to TAF regulations in Fiji, the 3D2Y operation is not valid for any radio competition. The 3D2Y license was issued to only one individual. TAF regulations clearly state that every single operator intending to operate in Fiji, Rotuma, or Conway Reef must apply for a TAF Fiji radio license without exception. This rule applies to both on-island and remote-control operators. However, over 60 remote operators are listed on the 3D2Y webpage. The 3D2Y team violated this key regulation by failing to obtain the proper licenses for all operators involved. TAF Fiji is currently considering imposing substantial fines for unauthorized operations (pirate activities) from Rotuma on all listed members of this expedition. The relevant regulations are included in the attached file. Please address this matter with utmost seriousness, as such behavior can have severe consequences for all radio amateurs seeking to operate under TAF jurisdiction in Fiji, Rotuma, and Conway Reef in the future.

We think, that professional group like 3d2y, fully sponsored by foundations like NCDXF, INDEXA and so many different clubs around the world should even check licensing process and follow the very simple rules

We can see the attitude of 3d2y is stll up side down.
After our information a week ago they panically started begging TAF for a backdated license for on-island operators. Most of the remote operators are still without it.
If we wait till today with this information they will have no valid license and 0 qso's valid for dxcc program.
They should say thank you for saving our a.. And thanks to TAF for a second chance. But no. They keep saying all was good.

We either all will be treated the same way or we can play dirty all day long.
