The S21SDX team regrets to announce that the Sundarbans DXpedition, scheduled for 11–17 November 2025, has been suspended due to unexpected circumstances, including the impact of recent solar storm activity.
Despite months of preparation, logistical planning, and securing special authorization from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), the current conditions no longer allow us to safely and effectively carry out the DXpedition as intended.
Our priority is the safety of our young operator team and ensuring a successful and enjoyable activation for the global amateur radio community. We are currently evaluating new dates and will announce the rescheduled timeline as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the continued support from the DX community, donors, and well-wishers. Your encouragement motivates us to bring this first-ever Sundarbans activation to life at the earliest opportunity.
