    Information from PJ2C.
First of all, we are a group of open minded HAM friends from the Island of Curaçao who decided to have our own Amateur Radio Group, and the name C.A.R.G. speaks for itself. Curaçao Amateur Radio Group. The most important thing about us and our hobby of Amateur Radio is to enjoy learning new technologies, experimentation, meeting new friends and public service. Being knowledgeable in the use of a ham radio opens up a world of possibilities to operators, allowing them to communicate with likeminded individuals and even allows them to communicate locally during emergency situations. Operating a ham radio can be a worthwhile hobby. These devices allow us as license operators to communicate with fellow ham radio operators from around the world. It is a good hobby for youngsters and older people alike and can bring many hours of enjoyment to all who use a ham radio.

PJ2C Team will be active from Curacao Island 20 October 2020.
          Team - PJ2AFM, PJ2CF, PJ2SM.
10-10-2010: A new start for the islands of the Netherlands Antilles

On Sunday 10 October 2010, Curaçao and St Maarten became constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Officials in Willemstad on Curaçao lowered the Antillean flag at midnight (Sunday at 6 a.m. 10-10-2010 in the Netherlands).

Curaçao is in the Southern Caribbean Sea. Following a referendum, and as a result of constitutional change, Curaçao became a constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands on October 10, 2010.

The constitutional changes marked a new start for the islands, one that put the wellbeing of the islands’ people first

After 10 Years we as Curaçao Amateur Radio Group, will remember this First Decade of the New Country Curaçao with a Special DX event. And the Special Event Stations will be using the PJ2C Call sign.

          On 10-10 2020

Curaçao Amateur Radio Group will be DX-Ing with the Special callsign PJ2C.

all QSL via the PJ2C QSL Manager.

          Toni Canto, C/ La Serrella 21 - 5, CP:46012, Valencia, Spain.

The band and mode we intend to use is 20 Meter band SSB and If there is no condition we will try FT-8 on 17 and 20 meter but this is the last option, because I don't know for sure how to handle the QSL cards. because many people handle the mode FT-8 QSL via LoTW and not via hardcopy.
