    The Mission

Greetings from the volcanic heart of the West Indies! I am Haluk Yetkin (TA2LE), and I am pleased to share that my professional commitments will bring me to the shores of Dominica (J7) frequently throughout 2026.

It is important to note that J79H is a multi-phase, recurring activation rather than a one-time DXpedition. I will be active on the bands whenever my business schedule places me on the island.

Operating Schedule: Since my stays depend on specific business periods, I will announce the exact dates and operating windows on my official website as my travel plans crystallize.

    DX Pursuit

Focusing on CW, SSB, and Digital (FT8/FT4) on 10m-40m. Special focus on the "Magic Bands" to bridge the gap between Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

    WWFF Frontiers

Activating pristine National Parks like Morne Trois Pitons (UNESCO) and Cabrits. Bringing rare flora & fauna references to your log.

    Station Setup

To ensure a clean and fast operation, I utilise a fully automated setup:
    ◾Rig: Yaesu FTX-1 DX (100W) / Yaesu FT-710 FIELD (100W)
◾Log: Real-time uploads to LoTW and ClubLog
