problems downloading qsl report in LoTW

Hi

any help or advice in the following:
When trying to download the qsl report from the ARRL site on a Win7 machine using G Chrome and the latest TQSL version I always get the qsl input form and not the expected qsl downloading screen.

Any idea what might cause it?
