Late yesterday Space Weather News reported "An unusually wide hole has opened in the sun's atmosphere, and it is spewing a fan-shaped stream of solar wind toward Earth.
NOAA forecasters say there is a 55% chance of minor G1-class geomagnetic storms when the solar wind arrives, probably during the late hours of March 14th".
Several "news sources" have used a "lot of hype" stating "Massive solar storm that will slam Earth", when the experts like National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC), not "the media" are clearly saying "minor storm levels".
