We have the pain to share with you the death of Tahar Allali, 7X3TA, from Laghouat, at the age of 77 yesterday on 2 January 2018, Tahar participated in the ara foundation in 1963 , and was a talented telegraph operator.
His funeral took place today, 03 January 2018 in Laghouat.
