I would like to inform you about our special event station DM50DMS - 50 years of the German fairy tale route.
The German Fairy Tale Route (from Hanau to Bremen), which is one of the few German vacation routes
that is known worldwide and attracts an international audience every year, will be 50 years old in 2025.
The local association VFDB Z25 (Kassel) is organizing a radio activity with the special callsign DM50DMS
and is looking forward to many worldwide radio contacts from 01.August 2025 to 31.July 2026. Special DOK 50DMS.
The Grimm Brothers collect and wrote down famous fairy tales p.e. Hansel and Greteln,
Sleping Beauty (Dornröschen), Little Red Riding Hood (Rotkäpchen), Bremen Town Musicians
or Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Schneewittchen).
Period: 01.08.2025 to 31.07.26
The radio event 2025/2026 - 50 years of the German Fairy Tale Route
Supported by radio amateurs from the local association Z25,we want to draw worldwide attention to the German Fairy Tale Route with a radio event and associated diploma.
The focus here is on the distribution of the special DOC 50DMS and the
associated offer to secure further external diplomas through a QSO with the SES (Special Event Station)
and direct confirmation via the DCL
