II0MPO Diploma Permanente “Museo Storico Piana delle Orme”– la radio in tempo di pace e di guerra – Edizione 10-11 Giugno 2023 dedicata a “I0MNQ – Marco Monti”

On the occasion of the exchange exhibition "Electron 2023" to be held at the Museum of Piana delle Orme (LT) on 10 and 11 June 2023 The 773 Radio Group will be present, as usual, with a multi-operator amateur radio station operating in the 40/20m band (SSB) and DIG, with the special call sign: IIØMPO - www.qrz.com/db/ii0mpo
This edition of the diploma will be dedicated to the friend and colleague who passed in SK on May 13, 2023, Marco Monti I0MNQ. Marco was a teacher, a great radio expert, a radio amateur and technician much loved and respected by the entire Pontine amateur radio community. Engaged in social work, he was a member of the National Civil Protection Commission of the Department, Vice President of the R.N.R.E. National Emergency Radio Group and President of the Pontine Civil Protection. Marco has collaborated as a technician with various shops in Latina and has repaired thousands of devices for as many radio amateurs. The President, the Board and the members of the 773 Radio Group, with the permission of his wife Silvia, want to remember him about a month after his death, dedicating to him this edition of the II0MPO diploma, Museo Piana delle Orme, with whom Marco also collaborated through the association "Those of the radio".
Method and regulation:
The station will be active from 09:00 to 17:30 on 10/06/2023 and from 09:00 to 15:00 on 11/06/2023 (local time).
To obtain the diploma, it will be enough to connect the station, for at least once, on the specified bands and modes.
The diploma - in PDF format - will be sent free of charge to those who request it by e-mail by writing to award@773radiogroup.it attaching the connection data (name, date, day, time, mode and broadcast band). For those who want it, the diploma in paper format will also be available for a fee and will be sent by ordinary mail, subject to a contribution of Euro 12.00 to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. Also in this case, the request must be sent via the aforementioned email, attaching the data requested below that the payment receipt/copy of the bank transfer and the shipping address complete with Name and Surname.
Requests must be received no later than 06/31/2023.
