The Diploma was conceived and organized by A.R.M.I. - Amateur Radio Association of Italian Sailors - the participation is open to all OM and SWL of the world. With the diploma "110th Anniversary of the constitution of the Italian Navy Radio Telegraphers" we want to remember the noble work carried out on the ships of the our glorious Regia Marina first and then Navy, of the radiotelegraph staff. “In the year 1913 with the Law n. 797 on 29 June (Act n. 275 GM 1913) the new category was established of Radio Telegraphers and were issued with R. Decree n. 1296 dated 12 October 1913 (Act n. 447 C.M. 1973) the rules for the transition to the new category of Helmsmen and Semaphore operators qualified for the radio telegraph service.

Score for receiving the diploma of the 110th anniversary of the establishment of M.M.I. Radiotelegraphers:
- For Italian stations: 110 points
- For European stations: 50 points
- For non-European stations: 15 points
The diploma will be sent via email in JPG format at the end of the race, upon receipt of the log which will be authentic connections made.
A plaque was created to commemorate the event: 110th anniversary of the constitution of the Radiotelegraphers of the Italian Navy personalized with your name, if you wish, you can send the sum of euros 40 including packaging and shipping costs via PayPal (it9mrm@gmail.com) or contact the manager for more info.
- LOGS.
The following electronic logs are accepted in the following format: Cabrillo (CBR), Excel (XLS), ADIF (ADI) (other types of format will not be taken into consideration).
All logs must show the station callsign. The log is expected to end with a calculation of total score by the operator.
All logs received will be checked by the contest manager and the final decision will be final and unquestionable.
