The Unión de Radioaficionados Españoles de Lugo (UREL) organizes this special commemorative diploma “SAN FROILÁN” according to the following bases:
1.-Scope: All Radio Amateurs in possession of official authorization can participate, whether national or international.
2.-Dates: Starts on October 1, 2023 at 07:00 UTC, and ends on October 8, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
3.-Call: “CQ, AM23SF, SAN FROILÁN SPECIAL DIPLOMA 2023 WITH A SINGLE CONTACT. QRZ? ”
4.-Bands:
•HF bands in phone, digital and CW.
•VHF-UHF band in voice communications through repeaters.
5.-Contacts: To obtain the diploma, only one contact per station will be necessary. If a station repeats contact during the days of the diploma in the same band and mode, only the first one will be taken into account, discarding all the others. Contacts made in a different band and mode will be valid, thus being reflected in the QSL. Only one diploma will be issued per station, regardless of the contacts you have made in the different bands and modes.
6.-Grantors: All UREL members who wish to do so will be grantors, carrying out the activity from the headquarters of Parque de la Milagrosa or from a private QTH and with the callsign AM23SF.
7.-Diploma: It will be in digital format (PDF) and DIN A4 size. Participating stations will send an email to the address ea1cw@ure.es or urelugo@gmail.com indicating in the subject SAN FROILÁN SPECIAL DIPLOMA 2023 and indicating the call sign that must appear on the diploma. The diploma will not be sent to any requesting station that has not previously made contact.
8.-QSL: There will be a special QSL that will be sent in PDF along with the diploma. Those who do not request the diploma will be sent through the usual channel.
9.-Arbitration: Any situation or incident not included in these bases will be resolved by the Board of Directors of UREL in a final manner.
AM23SF will be active from Lugo, Spain.
