    1. Purpose
    Promote amateur radio activity in natural disasters in the thirtieth anniversary of the tragic flood of November 5, 1994 in Alba (CN), where the Radio Amateurs of the area were the only ones who could communicate with the authorities.
    2. Start/end date of the award
    From 00.00 UTC of November 1, 2024 to 23.59 UTC of November 30, 2024. 3. YL/OM QSO The award is issued following the QSO with the stations of the special event, in the period indicated in point 2 of this regulation. Bidirectional QSOs with exchange of report are valid (R/S in SSB, R/S/T for CW, R/S for DIGI).
    4. HF Bands:
    80-40-30-20-17-15-12-10 mt
    5. Modes:
    CW, SSB, DIGI (FT8, FT4)
    6. Scores/QSOs
    To obtain the II1ALBA AWARD, a minimum of 100 points is required. A final ranking (general list) is produced for participants who make QSOs with special event stations, based on the total sum of points as follows: CW: 10 points for each CW QSO on each band.
    example II1ALBA (or any other special station), QSO on 40m CW, 20m CW, 10m CW: 10+10+10=30 points SSB: 5 points for each SSB QSO on each band.
    Example II1ALBA (or any other special station), QSO on 80m LSB, 15m USB, 10m USB: 5+5+5=15 points DIGI: 2 points for each FT8, FT4 on each band.
    Example II1ALBA (or any other special station), QSO on 80m FT8, 15m FT4, 10m FT4: 2+2+2=6 points
    7. QSO Credit
    Each special station can be worked once per day on each band mode. A "dupe" QSO will not be considered a penalty.
    IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ASK FOR QSY BY MODE AND/OR BAND.

    9. Overall Score Lists
    Points are awarded for QSOs with the Special Event station each day on any mode or award band. The ranking is calculated based on:
    -Highest score
    -Highest number of QSOs
    -More bands
    -More modes
    10. Release of the diploma and qsl
    To obtain the II1ALBA AWARD a minimum of 100 points is required, within the times and methods indicated in this regulation.
    The release of the diploma is free and does not require paper QSLs or confirmation of the QSO. The diploma is released by downloading the file in digital format, in high resolution A4 format, without registration, through the hamawar.cloud platform or the qrz.com pages, at the end of the diploma.
    The download of the eQsl will be available in Hamaward.cloud.
    It is not required to send the log and qsl.
