UE83M and UE83ML is the Special Event Stations of Miller-DX-Club dedicated to the 83nd anniversary of the liberation of Millerovo, a town of military valor, from the Nazi invaders during the Second World War (on January 17, 1943). During the battle, German troops were pushed back across the Seversky Donets River. With the loss of a major railway hub, the Millerovo station, the Luftwaffe military airfield, tank repair shops, as well as a large number of food and ammunition depots, the hopes of the German command to occupy previously abandoned positions along the Don River, as well as to unblock the 6th army of Lieutenant General Paulus collapsed.
