Obtain diploma : 5 QSO with different stations in Romania, from at least 3 different districts ( from 2 and 9 ), you access the dedicated website https://www.hamradio.ro/diplome where you select: "10 Mai 2026", click select Enter Event and write your call in Download certificate, after click Download Diploma
