AHOY!! I'm EA3IMI Aleix Gainza (34) from Vall-Llobrega, Catalonia. I'm merchant mariner and GMDSS Operator. I usually spend 6 month onshore and 6 at sea on board of my sailing yacht "Cythere" (OP7889), under belgium flag. Currently in San Blas, Panamá. My HAM Licence is new and I'm just learning and improving my installation.
Onshore: I usually work on VHF and UHF from my car and a 10/12m President Lincoln II+ with a Solarcon A-99 antenna from home.
At sea (on board Cythere): I work marine VHF, and MF/HF with a Kenwood TS-480sat + CG3000 ATU + Random wire antenna.
