Dear WSJT-X Users,
We are pleased to announce that Release Candidate WSJT-X 2.7.0-rc6 is ready for download and use by beta testers. This is a bug-fix release; it addresses problems related to the new SuperFox mode, reported by users of release candidate 5.
The SuperFox operators at K8R (American Samoa) encourage Hounds to work them again, in the remaining days of their activity at American Samoa. This will help us to exercise RC6 thoroughly before putting it to use for the DXpedition to Jarvis Island, next month.
Further details on program changes since RC5 can be found in the Release Notes:
https://wsjt.sourceforge.io/wsjtx-do..._2.7.0-rc6.txt
Please remember that Release Candidates are intended for beta testers. If you download and use WSJT-X 2.7.0-rc6, please provide relevant feedback to us on the new features in version 2.7, and on anything that does not seem to work properly for you.
Direct links to installation packages for Windows, Linux, and macOS can be found on the WSJT-X page https://wsjt.sourceforge.io/wsjtx.html
