Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my page. My old callsign Prefix XV was involuntarily changed by the Vietnamese government new call sign 3W9G.
I will confirm all QSO's via qrz.com and/or eqsl.cc
I can not confirm paper QSL cards in Vietnam due to postal service is not realiable and probaly the QSL card will not make it to my QTH. If you need paper QSL confirmation card you can send it to my home country Puerto Rico (WP4JBG), it will take few months for the confirmation due to I only go back to my country every 4 months and return back to Vietnam for work.
My working conditions very simple setup, Yaesu FT-891 barefoot 100W and a modified MFJ-1622 apartment antenna from 11th floor facing Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
