FM5FE - Martinique
Has anyone had success receiving a QSL from FM5FE? I sent him a direct but it was returned by the postal service as undeliverable. Any suggestions for manager, etc? The Google QSL manager's list shows F5HVT; I sent an email inquiry but no response. BTW, the USPS will refund your postage if the piece is undeliverable. I got a new international stamp for my trouble.

On qrz com there is no much information and no QSL manager listed and its says via home call.
