Information from his QRZ page:
I am located in Tortola British Virgin Islands. Back on the air now about 6 months after quite a long hiatus
Operating with Icom 7300, Icom 7600, and Icom 9100, and couple Boefeng, Yaesu and Kenwood Handhelds. A couple other old HF radios I dont use often
Amp is an Heathkit SB 200 with all Harback modifications done by me.
I finally got the home-brewed off center dipole project up in the air! Fed with homebrewed 600ohm ladder line down to a 4:1 balun and a short run of coax into the shack. I am now able to operate on 80, 40, 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10.
Next project will probably be a zep to get my mom VP2VUN back on the air.
At some point I would like to set up a mobile rig and antenna to do POTA at one of the local parks
For VHF and UHF I have a J Pole antenna and a Comet GP3
I am interested in making contacts anywhere my signal can reach!
