Hello Friends, I am a new Ham this year and I am really enjoying it so far! I am an avid outdoorman here in the wilds of Alaska. Fishing and Hunting are certainly key elements to my happiness, but not at the top. Family and Friends are the most important and bring me the most joy in life with my wife Vicki being my number one supporter of the hobby. I think Ham radio will just be an extension and a tool to make friends and share experiences, that is my hope anyways.
Equipment: Icom 7300, Icom 9700, Icom 705, Icom ID52, Xiegu X6100. Vibroplex Iambic Delux Key. Almost all my antennas are homebuilt and are controlled through the Alpha Delta Switch.
