Due to the current world situation, QSL card request from Russian and former USSR republic countries, RW6HS will be our manager to handle cards to Russia and USSR republic countries.
Eddy's Vietnamese XYL is still handling all QSL card request from the rest of the world.
Since Jan 2018, Eddy has lost most of his eyesight due to heart attack and stroke. He has been unable to read, write or see QSL cards, answer emails and cannot upload QSO data to Clublog and LotW anymore.
