Was this a valid activation from Vatican City? The callsign was removed from QRZ and the main Italian callsign also seems to have been removed. I have a matched QSO in Club Log but everything else seems to have disappeared.

To tell you true I dont know.
Some time ClubLog check if station accepted for DXCC and if not removing their log.
Of course if LOTW certificate issued thats for sure count for DXCC.
