I'll be heading to the Philippines for the month of December to visit family. When I was there in 2017 was a couple weeks of blackouts due to an earthquake in Leyte which damaged the substation for the undersea power cable. (very frustrating) Hope for better situation on this trip.
I keep a QRP rig there, but may pack a 100W rig for this trip since band conditions are not the best.
