Dr. Sid Ahmed Ibrahim, ST2SA from Khartoum, Sudan passed away 29 September 2019.
He start his Amateur Radio activity in 1955.
Sid was very active and also DXer.
I have many QSOs with him and he was my first ST2 station and also for many others Im sure.

With great sadness Dr. Sid Ahmed Ibrahem died (SK) September 29.2019.Sid was the pioneer of radio amateur in Sudan since 1955 over the decades he keeps Sudan on air in all modes and bands . I expresses its deepfelt sympathy to Sid family at this sad time.
