Roger D. Johnson, N1RJ also AD1G, KL7JDJ from Limington, USA passed away.
He was 78.
Roger was active DXer with 349 DXCC countries confirmed.
He is active TOP Band operator with 301 DXCC countries confirmed on 160m.

I am very sad. I've read here that Roger has laid the key forever out of hand.
He was a very good friend of Hams on the island of Sylt. Specially DJ8HA, DL3LK, DK8OL.
He was one of the officers on the USCG Loran Station Sylt with the call DA1GK.
Fred (DJ8HA) was there as leading technician and I (DL3LK) later as an electronics technician.
He was a very good friend and competent radio amateur. We had many beautiful meetings together and some Fieldays on Sylt (EU42).
When he returned to the USA, we had kept contact. We knew about his serious illness and had the best hoped.
But unfortunately ... Rip Roger, we will miss you.
