UA4CAZ, Vladimir Ivanovich Efimov, died in a traffic accident this summer.
He was a metal worker in an engineering plant, held senior positions in the administration there and later headed the "Department of Metrology and ATS."
He also designed radios and collected radios made by UW3DI, UP2NV and others.
