It is with deep sadness that I must report K9ZO as Silent Key. Ralph bravely fought a long battle with cancer.

Even in his last days, Ralph continued to be a great mentor, offering advice and encouragement to his fellow DXers and Contesters.

His call, K9ZO, will echo in the pile ups and contests for eternity.
