Lebanese Committe for the Blue Shield ,this committee is emerged from Hague convention 1954 and its protocols 1954 and 1999, and adopted Blue Shield as the symbol used to identify cultural sites protected by this Convention.
the aim of this convention is to protect cultural propety in the event of armed conflict,and to raise awareness and knowledge about the need to protect cultural property in cases of natural disasters and in periods of armed conflict or in any situation threatening such property. In general, to carry out all related or subsidiary work .
the purpose of this special callsign is disseminate the idea of protecting our heritage by highlighting on the emblem of hague convention which is the Blue Shield
