In celebration of the 227th birthday of the United States Coast Guard K1CG will be QRV from 1400Z Friday August 4th until 0400Z August 5th 2017.
The station will be operated by Coast Guard vets across the US from their home stations. Listen for activity on CW - 3.552, 7052, 14052, 21052, on SSB 3.827, 7.227, 14.327, 21.327 MHz as well as RTTY, PSK31, FT8 and possibly JT65.
