This special callsign commemorates the 150th anniversary of the popular uprising of 1871. Following the defeat in the Franco-Prussian war, in opposition to the government, the city of Paris rose up and established a revolutionary government. From March 18 to May 28, 1871, the city experienced a period of self-management and attempted deep social reforms: a 10-hour working day, freedom of the press, free and secular school ... The Municipality ends with the Bloody Week but becomes a real unifying myth within the labor movement.

Suite à la défaite dans la guerre franco-prussienne, en opposition au gouvernement, la ville de Paris se soulève et se dote d'un gouvernement révolutionnaire. Du 18 mars au 28 mai 1871, la ville connait une période d'autogestion et tente de profondes réformes sociales: journée de travail de 10 heures, liberté de la presse, école gratuite et laïque... La Commune s'achève avec la Semaine Sanglante mais devient un véritable mythe unificateur au sein du mouvement ouvrier.
