Radio Amateurs from Netherlands will be active with special call PA21BP commemorating the founder of the world's biggest youth movement Scouting: Baden Powell (BP).
They will operate on HF Bands.

For the Boys organization, JOTA (Jamboree On The Air) was organized, for the Girls TDOTA (Thinking Day On The Air) is the Radio Scouting event. JOTA is held in October, TDOTA in February each year.
Operators of this call are the operators of the PA3EFR/J-crew, a specialist group of Scouters, members of Scouting Nederland through the national Fellowship called Plusscouts. This crew primarily brings TDOTA and JOTA to Scouting groups that are eager to get involved in the annual global Radio Scouting activities.
Operators of the crew are: Patrick (PE2PVD), Guido (PD2GWE), Evelyn (PD1EHO), Sander (PD9HIX), Thomas (PA3TVV), Maarten (PD2SVA), Ramon (PD1RJM), Anne-Paul (PD3APM), Bas (PD7BDN), Ronald (PB7TT) and Erwin (PA3EFR).
All bands, all modes are intended, including digital modes like FT-x, DMR and Echolink.
