John O'Toole, M0HEM will be active with special call MQ0HEM from Dagenham, England, during June 2022, commemorating Queen Elizabeth II platinum jubilee.
He will operate on HF Bands.

Queen Elizaberth II, is the First British Monach to ever reach this fabulous occolade after accending to the Crown on the 6th February 1952 following the sad death of her father, George IV earlier that same day.
Unfortunatly it was a little later, due to communications in those days not being quite so "Instant", that the Princess Elizabeth, at that time, was told of her her fathers passing. She was on Tour in Kenya with her husband at the time, the late Prince Philip, who sadly died last year on 9th April 2021 at the grand age of 99.
The queen officially recieved the Crown at her Coronation on 2nd June 1953 at Westminster Abbey.
