    3Z30PAR - Poland

    3Z30PAR is a special event station to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the first activation of the 50 MHz band in Poland by 3Z4PAR - an experimental station licensed in 1992 by The National Radiocommunication Agency (PAR).
    On June 5th, 1992 the very first 6m QSO from was made in SSB with Dan IK1EGC at 12:53 UTC by 3Z4PAR (op. Chris SP4TKK - now SP4K) operating from SP4KM/SP4TKK family shack in Olsztyn (KO03GS).

    The 3Z4PAR Team consisted of SP4KM, SP4BOS (now SK), SP4SHH, SP4SHK and SP4TKK. Successful outcome of this experimental operation paved the way for general availability of the 50MHz band to ham radio community in Poland. 30 years later SP4K runs 3Z30PAR operation from exactly the same shack.

    Special QSL card is being printed for 3Z30PAR should you like to confirm 6m QSO the classic way, log will be uploaded to LoTW on regular basis. Operation will commence on June 5th, 2022 at 12:53 UTC and last until the end of 2022.

    The below image presents original equipment utilized for 3Z4PAR operation. It was acquired in 1992 with great help of UKSMG friends, most notably Neil G0JHC and Geoff GJ4ICD.
