60th anniversary of the first flight of A.G. Nikolaev into space.
Pilot-cosmonaut of the USSR A.G. Nikolaev, cosmonaut number three, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, a native of Chuvashia, an honorary radio operator of the USSR, made his first flight on the Vostok-3 spacecraft from August 11 to 15, 1962.
They will operate on HF Bands.
