R300PD, R300PI, R300PK, R300PL, R300PM, R300PO, R300PS Special event stations will be active from Perm, Russia, 1 - 12 June 2023, commemorating 300th Anniversary of Perm city.

Perm is a city in the east of the European part of Russia, in the Urals, on the banks of the Kama River, below the confluence of the Chusovaya River, the administrative center of the Perm Krai and Perm district, a transport hub on the Trans—Siberian railway, a river port. A large diversified industrial, scientific and cultural center of the Urals. From 1873 to 1877, Alexander Stepanovich Popov, the inventor of the radio, studied at the Perm Theological Seminary.
