Radio Amateurs members of the Radio Club de Lyon will be active using special call sign TM80MAX in memory of the Jean Moulin.
They will operate on HF Bands.

80 years ago, on June 21, 1943, Jean Moulin (pseudonym MAX), General De Gaulle's delegate and unifier of the Resistance, was arrested by the Gestapo in Caluire, a suburb of Lyon.
To commemorate this event, from June 16 to 30, some twenty OMs in the Rhône department will activate the special call sign TM80MAX.
With this activation, we wish to commemorate this event and pay tribute to the Resistance, and in particular to the clandestine radio "pianists" of the Resistance.
