They will operate on HF Bands.

The call sign RP79X is dedicated to the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, residents of the Komi Republic, who died in the war and are alive today. According to the 1939 census, 318,996 people lived in Komi. More than 170,000 people left the Republic for the war. Of these, more than 120,000 did not return home.
Operating hours from May 1 to May 9 2024 on all bands and all types of communications.
