3G4PATRIA
From September 13 to 19, 2025, the Radio Club Los Heroés de Chillán, CE4UYP, will experience a historic week on the air with the special activation 3G4PATRIA, commemorating Chile's 2025 National Holidays.
It will be a unique opportunity to combine our passion for radio with our pride in being Chilean, bringing the name of Chillán and the Ñuble Region to amateur radio operators in Chile and around the world.
What will we do?
We will transmit on multiple bands: 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters, as well as VHF and UHF.
Our members will operate in shifts, at different times and on different bands, always under the special call sign 3G4PATRIA. During the contacts, we will give out patriotic phrases that correspondents must collect to obtain the Condor de Oro Diploma.
Everyone who makes at least one contact will also receive a commemorative electronic QSL.

How to request the diploma or QSL?
Send an email to rc.losheroes@gmail.com with the following information: Your name and call sign, operator's name, phrases received, day, UTC time, and band of each contact. Once the QSOs have been verified, you will receive your diploma and/or QSL in digital format.
Why is it important?
Because we celebrate our independence by strengthening camaraderie among members and with colleagues from other regions and countries.
