R7AL and RK8A will be active from Ptichiy Island, IOTA AS - 091, 25 - 28 August 2016 as R23RRC.
They will operate on HF Bands.

Thanks for the CW contact at UTC 02:12 on August 28th! I was operating QRP portable on a beach in Washington State - for "Beaches on the Air" (will be posted there when I get home tonight). 3-watts with an Elecraft KX1 to a 20m ground plane in the back yard. R23RRC had a booming signal here and it was actually a very easy contact.
