The Council of Europe Radio Amateur Club (CERAC) informs that 5C0CE ( August 20th and 21ce ) has been deleted due to last minute blockage of the ARRAM’s President, 16 hours before starting to Morocco. We have received Morocco licence since many month ago and Radio Amateur from Morocco have prepared this operation since last year with a lot of enthusiasm. No direct info’s and no motive received on behalf of the ARRAM’s President about any problem. Where is Ham Spirit? It’s very damage for all Amateur Radio Community. We specify that each Radio Amateur from CERAC participated personally at the expense of expedition (train, fly etc…), now it’s too late to recover paid expenses. I wish better chance to radio amateur wishing to make an expedition to Morocco.
