The CQ WW DX CW 2009 contest is over, and the main plot was the leading contenders station inspection. G3SXW was inspecting the EF8M contest position, S50XX was inspecting CR3E, and W3ZZ was inspecting 8P5A.

Taking in belief the information we have from the CQ WW CC about checking the power limitations then it looks like the CQ WW inspector should take local government responsibilities, i.e. he should check if the inspected station follows local regulations in all ways.

It is only a few weeks before the CQ WW DX CW 2009 contest but the discussions and protests on the 2008 results are still taking place.
