Overheard in Victoria today. High ranking Bowen island resident working for The Nature Conservancy of Canada is under investigation for sexual misconduct with UBC summer students while in a supervisory role. The Nature Conservancy is in full denial and damage control. Makes one wonder who there neighbors really are?
