P5/3Z9DX North Korea New project

Dom P5/3Z9DX returned home from Pyongyang shortly before Christmas.
He is very happy that authorities and people in North Korea were very wellcoming and friendly.
Like we inform our readers earlier he operate from noisy location.

Dom is looking now for new location and he cancel his plan to operate from North Korea in January or February and planning another activity end of the summer 2016.
Dom will present all nesessary Documentation to ARRL DXAC desk after Christmas/New Year holidays.

If allowing this and future DX peditions does anything to improve productive discussions with North Korea and the rest of the world community I think that is a good thing. Dom is in a tough position and from what I've read we should be supporting his efforts.
