2015 / 2016 are shaping up to be one of the best ever DX-pedition seasons. Along with the skipper of Evohe we developed our tentative sailing schedule. We will ship equipment to Auckland, New Zealand where the boat will be loaded and sail for Noumea, New Caledonia.

We are happy to announce these new members of the team. We have one open position, were awaiting an answer from a well known DX-peditioner who is trying to fit the project into his work schedule. Stay tuned.

It's official, we received the license and call sign: TX3X from the licensing authority in Noumea, New Caledonia.

The TX3X project is progressing well. Eleven of the twelve team members met at the International DX Convention, Visalia. We are pleased to make several significant announcements.

Did you ever wonder if the DX-pedition boat left yet, or where is the boat now, or have they arrived at the island?

As you may know, when taking almost any type of expensive equipment into another country you must adhere to that country's import laws. Bringing in $40K - $50K of electronics, antennas and computers almost always requires payment of import duties and/or Value Added Taxes (VAT).

The equipment, ~2,400 pounds (1,090kg) on 4 pallets is on the way to New Zealand, scheduled delivery August 26th, and the Advance Team will soon begin their journey to Auckland.

The idea to activate Chesterfield surfaced after the VK9MT project. Pista HA5AO, Les W2LK, Gene K5GS met at Friedrichshafen (Germany) to discuss several alternatives.

OQRS Direct confirmation requests are processed weekly. Requests received by mail are processed immediately and queued for mailing in the next weekly cycle.
