Hello, I am Marcelo, from Auckland, New Zealand. Just would like to know how to obtain a QSL card from Peter as I heard him yesterday on the 40 meter band. I am currently a SWL however studying toward the exam for an Amateur radio license (hopefully in November). Anyway, not sure if I should send my QSL card with a Self Addressed envelope only as I don't know I can pay for the return postage. Please send me some suggestions. Thanks.
